Do you work from a catalogue?
No. We design uniforms around your business, team and daily work. If an existing design can save time or cost, we may use it as a starting point and adapt it to your needs.
Can we reorder the same uniforms later?
Yes. We keep your approved patterns, fabrics, colours and garment details on file. Replacements and uniforms for new team members start from that design, with availability, price and timing checked before each order.
Do we need to begin with a complete wardrobe?
No. You can start with one role, department or type of garment and add more later. We help you choose a starting point that suits your priorities, quantities, budget and delivery date.
Can you develop custom colours and details?
Yes. We can choose from existing fabric colours or assess a custom colour if the fabric and quantity allow it. Labels, branding and other details are chosen to suit the garment, your brand and the way it will be washed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Selected styles can be produced from 10 pieces per style. Custom woven garments generally begin around 10–15 pieces per style, distributed across sizes and approved variants, and custom knitwear generally begins around 100–150 pieces because the manufacturing process requires a higher quantity. We confirm the minimum after reviewing the garment type, fabric, colour, construction and level of customisation.
How much does a custom uniform project cost?
We quote each project individually. The price depends on the garments, quantities, fabrics, construction and custom details, plus the design and sample work needed. Your proposal sets out the agreed scope and what is included.
How long does a project take from brief to delivery?
Development is typically four to six weeks and production a further three to five weeks, which puts many fully custom projects at around eight weeks in total. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on the number of styles, the fittings and the fabric. Timing is confirmed once the brief has been reviewed.
Where are the garments designed and produced?
In Barcelona. Design, development, samples, fittings and production are handled through our local supply chain, so we can work closely with the people making your garments.
Do we see prototypes before production starts?
Yes. You review samples and try the garments before committing to production. We agree the fit, fabric, construction and brand details on real garments.
How do you handle sizing across a whole team?
We use fittings to check the sizes your team needs, then agree the quantity in each size before production. The approved patterns and garment details are kept for future team members and repeat orders.
Will the fabrics hold up to industrial laundry?
Fabric and construction are selected for the care regime the garments will actually meet, including industrial laundry where that applies. The uniforms delivered for a five-star hotel opening have been through twelve months of daily service and industrial laundering.
Which sectors do you work with?
We design uniforms for hotels, restaurants, spas, wellness studios, dental and private clinics, maintenance teams, retail and guest services. Each project is adapted to the work, the people and the setting.
Can the uniforms follow our interior design or brand identity?
Yes. Your interiors and brand can guide the colours, fabrics and details, as they did for a five-star hotel opening in Barcelona. We use available fabric colours or assess dedicated colours when material and quantity allow.
